From the World’s Way
to the Kingdom Way
Jacob and Alacia Sciarro spent years building businesses the way the world teaches — hustle harder, scale faster, optimize everything. They hit the numbers. And it meant nothing. The restlessness, the broken patterns, the spiritual emptiness — none of it went away with another revenue milestone.
Then God intervened. Through a radical season of personal deliverance, inner healing, and prophetic encounters, everything changed. Not just their lives — their businesses. They discovered that when you make God the CEO, the supernatural advantages that follow are beyond anything strategy alone can produce.
VIS was born from that transformation. Today, Jacob serves as Founder & Apostle, and Alacia as Founder & Prophet. Together, they walk with business owners through the same process that changed their lives — a 90-day intensive that bridges the spiritual and the operational.
